Pakistan has declared a 16-man squad for the ODI series and a 15-man squad for the T20I series against South Africa. For the tri-series and the ODI series versus Sri Lanka, the same teams will play.

Babar Azam and Naseem Shah, two former leaders, are back in the T20 team. On December 13, 2024, Babar Azam faced South Africa in his final Twenty20 encounter.
Shaheen Shah Afridi will lead the One-Day International team, while Salman Ali Agha will lead the T20 International team.
From October 28 to November 1, Pakistan and South Africa will play their T20 International series.
From November 4 to 8, the ODI series versus South Africa will take place in Faisalabad.
From November 17 to 29, Rawalpindi and Lahore will host the T20 tri-nation series against Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe.
From November 11 to 15, the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium will host the Pakistan-Sri Lanka One Day International series.
