Sri Lanka won the toss and elected to bowl first against Pakistan in the second Twenty20 International (T20I) of the three-match series at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium on Sunday.

Pakistan entered the match after securing a four-wicket victory in the opening T20I on Friday, taking an early lead in the series. Captain Sahibzada Farhan starred in that match with an impressive 89, while Maaz Sadaqat contributed a quickfire half-century.

Sri Lanka will look to level the series by restricting Pakistan’s batting line-up, while the hosts aim to extend their lead with another strong performance.

The second match is part of Pakistan’s home T20I series against Sri Lanka, with the third and final encounter scheduled for October 13 in Rawalpindi.
