Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has extended warm Christmas greetings to the Christian community in Pakistan and around the world as they celebrate the festive holiday on 25 December. In his message, the premier highlighted the Christian community’s valuable contributions to peace, harmony, education, healthcare, and social welfare in Pakistan.

Shahbaz Sharif prayed that Christmas brings peace, stability, and prosperity to both the Christian population and the nation as a whole. He reaffirmed the government’s commitment to ensuring equal rights, freedoms, and opportunities for all citizens, regardless of their faith. The PM also acknowledged the community’s role in strengthening social cohesion and national development.

Across Pakistan—from major cities to small towns—Christians joined global celebrations with church services, festive decorations, and gatherings reflecting joy and goodwill.
