Security forces have killed 15 terrorists in multiple intelligence-based operations (IBOs) conducted across several districts of Balochistan, state media reported on Sunday.

According to Pakistan Television, the operations were carried out in Mastung, Bolan, Washuk, Awaran, Sibi, Khuzdar, Harnai, and Nushki as part of the ongoing Operation Raddul Fitna 3.
Sources cited by state media said weapons and ammunition were recovered from those killed during the operations. Pakistan Television reported that the security operations had disrupted the movement and network of the militants.
The latest actions come as Balochistan continues to face serious security challenges, with the province witnessing a sharp rise in violence during July.
According to the Pakistan Institute for Conflict and Security Studies (PICSS), the overall death toll from security-related violence in Balochistan increased from 109 in June to 372 in July—a rise of 241 percent. The number of security personnel killed also rose sharply, from six in June to 62 in July.
Terrorist deaths increased from 75 to 238 during the same period, while civilian fatalities rose from 28 to 54, according to the assessment.
The latest operations follow a series of security actions in the province as authorities continue efforts to counter militant activity and restore stability.
