According to reports, earthquake tremors were also felt in Samahani, Azad Kashmir, Bhimber, and the hilly area of Murree. In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the shocks were experienced in Dir Bala, Dir City, Peshawar, Bajaur, and nearby regions.
The Seismological Center reported that the earthquake measured 5.3 on the Richter scale. Its epicenter was located in the Hindu Kush region of Afghanistan, with a depth of 234 kilometers.
As soon as the tremors were felt, people rushed out of their homes and buildings in fear, reciting the *Kalima Tayyaba* and prayers for safety.
