Sharm El-Sheikh: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif held meetings with several world leaders on the sidelines of the Sharm El-Sheikh Peace Summit.

According to Statement Issued by PM House, The Prime Minister met with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, and both leaders expressed satisfaction over the ceasefire in Gaza. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan also joined the meeting and participated in the discussions.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif also met with Jordan’s King Abdullah II, Bahrain’s King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and UN Secretary-General António Guterres.

He further held meetings with Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, and Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud**.

During these meetings, leaders discussed measures to promote peace and stability in the region. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif reaffirmed Pakistan’s unwavering solidarity with the people of Palestine and reiterated the country’s commitment to providing continued diplomatic and moral support for their just cause.
