On July 25, 2025, gold prices in Pakistan dropped sharply, reflecting a decline in the global market. 24-carat gold per tola fell by Rs 2,300, reaching Rs 356,700, while 10 grams of 24-carat gold decreased by Rs 1,972, now priced at Rs 305,812.
Globally, gold prices slipped by $23 per ounce to $3,340, according to bullion market reports.
On the other hand, silver prices remained stable, with per tola and 10-gram silver priced at Rs 3,782 and Rs 3,242, respectively.
The price drop provides a breather for jewelry buyers, who faced record highs earlier this year. However, experts urge caution, citing potential price hikes amidst global uncertainties.
