Paris: Former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and global pop icon Katy Perry have officially confirmed their romantic relationship after being spotted together in Paris, where they appeared in a joyful mood during a public outing.
According to foreign media, the couple made their relationship public for the first time while holding hands at the renowned Crazy Horse Show in Paris, which also marked the celebration of Katy Perry’s 41st birthday.
The 53-year-old former Prime Minister and the world-famous singer seemed relaxed and happy as they were photographed leaving the venue together. Katy Perry wore a vibrant red dress, while Trudeau opted for a classic black suit. The moment was captured by numerous photographers, as fans gathered outside to wish the pop star a happy birthday.
In one viral video, a fan can be seen offering Katy Perry a rose and congratulating her in a unique way, while Trudeau smiled beside her.
Rumors about the two dating had circulated for months, with several intimate photos surfacing online, but neither of them had confirmed the relationship until now.
Katy Perry, known for chart-topping hits like “Firework,” “Roar,” and “Dark Horse,” has long been a global music sensation. Over her career spanning more than a decade, she has earned multiple major accolades, including four Guinness World Records.
Before this relationship, Katy Perry was engaged to actor Orlando Bloom, with whom she shares a daughter, Daisy Dove.
Justin Trudeau, on the other hand, finalized his separation from his ex-wife Sophie Gregoire last year and stepped down from his position as Prime Minister of Canada.
Their public appearance in Paris has now put an end to months of speculation, confirming one of the most talked-about celebrity romances of the year.
