Six-Member Teen Gang Arrested for Street Crimes in Karachi

Street crime has been a prevalent issue, only growing more pervasive with time in the dark corners of the city of lights. In a significant step towards curbing such criminal activities, the Sachal Police Station has apprehended a six-member juvenile gang involved in multiple street crimes across Karachi.

Following a tip-off, the police conducted a targeted operation near Wakeel Society in Scheme 33, arresting six suspects identified as Shahbaz, son of Noor Muhammad; Shafqat, son of Ali Gul; Zakir, son of Riaz; Ali, son of Abdul Hafeez; Mudassir, son of Abdul Aziz; and Islam Din, son of Gul Hassan.

The police recovered two pistols with ammunition, mobile phones, cash, and four motorcycles from the suspects. One of the motorcycles was confirmed stolen at gunpoint, with a case already registered at Sachal Police Station. Another motorcycle was traced to a theft in the Shahrae Faisal area. The remaining two motorcycles have been seized for further investigation.

Cases have been registered against the suspects under relevant laws, and a detailed probe is underway. During interrogation, the gang confessed to committing multiple robberies in the Sachal and Sohrab Goth areas, with police actively gathering further details to uncover the full extent of their activities.
