The case of domestic worker Shanaz, accused of stealing over Rs 50 million in Clifton, was presented at the Judicial Magistrate South court. After hearing arguments from both sides, the court reserved its verdict on the accused’s bail application and adjourned further proceedings until Friday.

According to the prosecution, a case of high-value theft has been registered against Shahnaz and others. During the course of the investigation, the accused confessed to buying three flats, a shop, four cars, four motorcycles, and a house in Punjab using the looted money. The court, after finalizing the arguments, reserved its order on the bail plea.
