The cities of Israel are facing the consequences of the decisions made by its government, but the leader is nowhere in sight to face the brunt of the choices that have brought forth the concerns of a war to the forefront, not only in the Middle East but also in a broader sense.

The airspace is closed, following the recent escalations with Iran, and there is a shortage of common goods. But that has not hindered the Israeli Prime Minister from ordering 220 crates of foreign flowers for himself.

This incident occurred yesterday and was exposed by an Israeli journalist, Boaz K. The journalist provided evidence with shipping certificates and other documents, reiterating that even in such dire circumstances for the country and its regional impacts, the Israeli Prime Minister continues to indulge in his whims.

As per these documents, the Prime Minister imported boxes of flowers for himself from the European country of Belgium. It is also noted that the wedding of the Prime Minister’s son, Avner, was scheduled but got postponed following the recent situation with Iran.

Everything is suspended after the Israeli airstrikes exacerbated the tensions with Iran, bringing the possibility of a war to the forefront, with only imports of essential military equipment allowed, amidst which these 220 crates of flowers were also loaded and brought in.
