Bilawal Bhutto Zardari Leads Parliamentary Delegation to Washington, D.C.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari led a parliamentary delegation on a visit to Washington, D.C. On the first day of the visit, important meetings were held and foreign policy was discussed. The former Foreign Minister, in an interview with American TV channel CBS, explained the purpose of the delegation’s visit.

Bilawal strongly and effectively presented Pakistan’s stance on peace. In a conversation with the news agency AFC, he praised the American leadership. In an interview with Bloomberg, the Chairman of the Pakistan People’s Party discussed foreign affairs.

Meetings are anticipated between the Pakistani delegation and members of the Pakistan Caucus in the US Congress, while Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is scheduled to meet with Congress members and US Senators.

Bilawal is also scheduled to present Pakistan’s viewpoint at the Centre for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), a renowned Washington, D.C., think tank. Furthermore, the delegation also intends to engage with prominent leaders from the Pakistani-American community residing in the US.
